The United in Peace Foundation, along with the Church of Scientology and other non-profits, held the 10th peace ride Sunday in Swope Park to help eradicate violence in the area.
Avion Walton was shot in Kansas City Kansas, Father's Day. She later died from her injuries. Walton's family along with The Justice Center is hoping to change the narrative for youth in the community
