TAMBUNAN: Eighteen years ago, Fr Valentine Gompok OFM Cap was the first Capuchin to be ordained from Tambunan. Bishop Piong in his address said that he hoped the newly ordained priest would be attentive to the needs of the Church and the people, and would unite himself with Christ who is the Master, Priest and Shepherd, spread the Word of God everywhere, and be in communion with the Bishops and priests.
