Own premise: There are currently four own-premise locations (Bishop Arts Tasting Room, Cidercade Dallas, Cidercade Houston, and Cidercade Austin) and many more on the way.
Wholesale: Manufacture and wholesale of alcoholic beverages (hard cider, wine, hard kombucha, hard seltzer, and hard smoothies) to 8 states. 2021 production will be approximately 600,000 gallons.
Co-manufacturing: Co-packing beverages for other emerging brands, both alcoholic and non.
