Sirote to form combination with world’s largest law firm

Birmingham’s Sirote & Permutt has announced it will combine with the world’s largest law firm.
Terms of the teaming with Dentons, with offices in more than 75 countries, were not disclosed. The firm, which will be known as Dentons Sirote, will have 198 locations globally, with 44 offices in the U.S., and more than 11,000 lawyers in 40 practice areas of expertise.
Sirote has five Alabama offices in Birmingham, Huntsville, Tuscaloosa, the Shoals and Mobile.
