Family, burns. An investigators think this was no accident. Seems suspicious. Reporter when firefighters arrived to the Nelson Street home, flames were shooting out the window itself, the roof ready to cave in. Fortunately no one was inside because crews had been called to the same home hours earlier. All the residence were evacuated earlier in the night. So we had an attempted arson at this property. Reporter firefighters say people inside the home called 911 to say someone was trying to set the building on fire. Fire crews stayed at the scene for three hours then left. They didnt allow the tenants back in fearing it wasnt safe. Then just hours later, firefighters were called back. This time the house was engulfed. They had it knocked down, main body of fire knocked down in half hour. Reporter investigators believe it was intentionally set but dont know why.
