The arrested man had stored Gutkha in plastic bags in his house. Police said he was supplying Gutkha and other banned flavoured paan masala to retailers.
During the probe, police also found the gang was allegedly responsible for the murder of Panvel resident Ashok Gharat, from whom they had demanded a ransom of ₹ 25 lakh.
