San Franciscans will get a much better view of a pair of solar eclipses in 2044 and 2045, respectively, than they did during the astronomical event April 8. The City won t be in the path of totality, however.
While people in San Francisco won’t be able to observe the total solar eclipse in its entirety, they still should have a clear view of at least a part of the rare astronomical phenomenon.
