IN THE COURTS: 16 people who have appeared at Southampton Magistrates Court The following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates’ Court. JAMES WATSON DEWAR, 63, of Lydgate Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence authorising and without insurance. Community order made until July 22 this year to include a three month electronically monitored curfew from 8pm to 6am each day. Ordered to pay £95 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. IAN PHILLIP SEYMOUR, 41, of Eling Lane, Totton. Pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving. Interim disqualification until dealt with and while a pre-sentence report is prepared.
