小区里的树木在为环境增添绿意的同时，也会带来一些烦恼，特别是在一些老新村，树龄长的高大树木常常会影响居民家的采光。家住滨湖区蠡桥社区荷叶新村72号2楼的胡女士前段时间就遇到了这样的烦心事，楼旁的三棵树已经长到三层楼高，不仅影响了她家的采光，每当刮风下雨还会有很多树叶被吹进屋里，让她很是困扰。在向12345热线反映后，社区和城管部门迅速响应，还阳光于民。
荷叶新村始建于上世纪80年代，是蠡桥社区辖区内的老旧小区，2019年经过老新村改造以后，小区环境有了很大的提升，但时间一长，茂盛的树木却影响了居民楼的采光。“老新村里的树木树龄较长，普遍存在绿化影响采光的问题。居民有诉求，我们都会第一时间记录下来向上反映，
