There are late developments in a tense and frightening encounter this afternoon at a Baltimore Television station where a bomb scare ended with police opening fire on a suspect. Employees fled the station after the costumedressed man displayed what appeared to be a bomb with a car set ablaze in the parking lot, the suspect emerged and was confronted by a Police Tactical team.
