Interaction weve seen today between Law Enforcement and protesters. Lets show you video we shot in the past hour. By my count at least five or six people arrested, possibly more arrests, all for breaking curfew. I want to lay out a timeline for you. It was 10 00, that magical hour when curfew went into effect. You saw about 50, 60 people protesting here at Veterans Memorial park in front of city really, but when 10 00 hit, you heard a helicopter buzzing overhead announcing to the people down below you need to disperse. Youre in violation of curfew and you now are risk being arrested. Many people broke up at that point, but then you saw a number of officers move in from the side. Officers had been gathering in the minutes leading up to 10 00, gathering across the street. At 10 00 they filed into the park and began taking people into custody. I spoke with one young man as he was put into the back of the police van and asked him what he thought, had he expected this. Heres how he reacted.

The picture murkier than ever after what appeared to be a strategic leak from a source inside the Police Department to the washington post. An affidavit that suggested another prisoner loaded in the police patty wagon overheard freddie gray possibly injuring himself. Given by the Police Commissioner himself that gray was reported to be quiet. Another contradiction by the seasonal investigator citing Police Sources who say gray was already unresponsive when the last prisoner was picked up. Waters further muddied today when they have revealed the wagon carrying gray made an additional stop that had previously been unaccounted for here at the intersection of mosier and fremont. A lot of the people said that doesnt matter that there is not a very high expectation of the transparency and that they feel like they know what happened. Matthew is accused of killing Hannah Graham the 18yearold University Student from fairfax county. He is still charged with first degree murder and attempt to dee file. And hes also charged with capital murder and abduction. Hannah grahams parents were in the courtroom today. Their daughter disappeared in september after a night out with friends.
