His talk tonight is based on his newest publication, the blackface minstrel show in mass media 20th century performances on radio, records, film and television. Recently published by mcfarland. Among tims many accomplishments is a grammy award, which he received for a double cd and book titled lost sounds blacks and the birth of the Recording Industry 18901919.
