A Superior man who allegedly shot into a truck from a separate vehicle while traveling on U.S. Highway 2 made his initial appearance in Douglas County Circuit Court Wednesday, July 21.
Billy John Kimmes, 47, faces felony charges of attempted first-degree intentional homicide and first-degree recklessly endangering safety, both with the use of a dangerous weapon, and discharging a firearm from a vehicle towards a vehicle.
Cash bond of $100,000 was set for the Superior man. He was ordered to have no contact with either of the two victims, no operation of a motor vehicle and no use or possession of any controlled substances, paraphernalia or weapons.
