Students and parents, but tonight the teachers put their foot down. They are refusing to go back into the classroom next month until conditions are safe. This could set a precedent for School Districts across the state. Heres nbc bay areas cheryl hurd. Reporter San Jose Teachers Association making it clear tonight that they are not going back into the classroom, saying inperson instruction is unsafe. One parent agrees.
