Joshua James Connell, 19, from Canberra, was seen on CCTV walking along a narrow wall at the side of the rooftop swimming pool at the Paripas Patong Resort in Phuket, Thailand before falling.
Billy James Simmons, 22, was found dead lying face down on a footpath below his 11th floor room at the Royal Paradise Hotel & Spa, at Patong Beach, on Monday night.
