Hot Springs Elks Lodge 380 recently named Hot Springs police Cpl. Tyler Ward, Garland County sheriff s Deputy Eduardo Grajeda, and Arkansas State Police Trooper First Class Kendrick Davis of Troop K as its Outstanding Law Enforcement Officers of the Year.
