39-year-old Billings man Tyson Lee Garza plead not guilty Friday morning in Yellowstone County District Court to raping a 14-year-old girl in a WalMart parking lot last month.
Tyson Lee Garza made his first appearance in court by video conference for the incident that prosecutors say occurred Dec. 30 at the Walmart on the West End.
It's concerning the homeless folks that have started camping out in the Walmart parking lots across Montana, specifically Billings as the post pointed out.
