A federal sting operation targeting individuals willing to offer their services to the sex trafficking industry has netted a second arrest in Dallas, according to court records.
The operation employed an unusual internet help-wanted posting: “Whore needs breaking.”
Nile Ivan-Clark Houston responded enthusiastically and said he was up to the task, federal court records say. The 46-year-old Florida man explained, “I get off on inflicting pain,” court records show.
