A new literature project has launched, giving lit fanatics across Wirral the chance to attend free workshops led by acclaimed writers. New Writing North West is a fresh project designed to support new and emerging writers based in the North West. The project is part of Lancaster Literature Festival and will hold a series of free online workshops led by four acclaimed fiction, poetry, translation and nature and environment writers: Yvonne Battle-Felton, Kim Moore, Karen Lloyd and Daniel Hahn. The workshops will give Wirral writers the chance to immerse themselves into the creative experience by submitting and discussing pieces of their own work with the workshop leader and other participants.
