well, we re waiting for the court to resolve it. it s not a mandate. it s a vaccine testing procedure we want to move forward. at the end of the day, we want people to be safe and healthy and allow people to go back to their workplace feeling safe. that s the intention behind it. on build back better, i m sure you heard senators manchin and sinema expressed publicly they may not be ready to go on this before christmas. that had been the desire of democratic leaders. realistically, has that been pushed now to 2022? and do you fear it s at risk in general? i think we just have to continue to move forward. i think, you know, the infrastructure bill, we had the same conversation about that about two months ago it might not happen, and it did. i think, you know, i feel good where we re headed with it. we need to continue the conversations. i would love to see the bill pass as soon as possible because there are some major investments in that bill in child care, which i think is impacti
biden. griff: congressman, 13 on your side of the siel voted for this. some from the midwest, from ohio, from michigan, and illinois, and then some in the northeast and new york and new jersey. why didn t you join them and really, what do you make of them crossing the aisle? i was disappointed to see this bill pass, disappointed there was some that crossed the aisle in this direction. i think this is a significant expansion of the federal government, now we need to double down and focus on the social spending bill that s coming before us. republicans need to hold firm against the next move by pelosi and biden as they work to dramatically increase the size, scale, and scope of the federal government. griff: let me play the devil s advocate. isn t $110 billion for roads and bridges an investment that benefits wisconsinites? it s appropriate to invest in our aging infrastructure. we need to be targeted. there are billions of dollars

seeing this last bill pass was really incredibly difficult for all of us, especially because she really felt like she made good points, that she was heard in a hearing that was held in the light of day, which hasn t often been the case for us in the past. and she was just crushed that after 10 1/2 hours of testimony, 84% of the general public that came out to testify against this bill, it was immediately passed out of committee. and it s really hard to feel like you have any ability to be heard when it s very clear that the agenda revolves around the governor s re-election campaign and not actually what s best for the people. this is interesting, and i want to ask you about this representative crockett. but first i want to hear from libby because she hasn t been able to be with us this evening. let s listen to what she said after the testimony in april in
