Her first stint with the show was in 2017, paired alongside Eddy Kenzo (Uganda) and Bisa Kidei (Ghana) as a Big Break act on a special segment on the show spotlighting rising stars. This paved way for her success in her country; and in just months the music video of her song surpassed one million YouTube views. She also won an award for Best Female Act and this trajectory prompted Coke Studio Africa to enlist her for the 2019 edition as a main act. On the show, she will be collaborating with Tanzanian R&B singer Jux.
