Bill Haggard, a former Herculaneum alderman and mayor, as well as a retired Herculaneum Fire chief, was contacted about his father s canteen, which was used in World War II.
The 29th Jeffco Fire Engine Rally, held Sept. 30, went off well, drawing hundreds to Herculaneum City Park, said Bill Haggard, president of the Jefferson County Firefighters Association and chairman of the rally organization committee.
