Arroyos brother osvaldo was driving the car and sustained injuries. He says he and his brother were working on this van before they left to take francis home. He says an suv hit his car as he tried to make a uturn in front of his house. Police found the suv a couple miles away. Whats good about this is the 911 call led us to where vehicle was. Apparently followed the vehicle for quite some time to ninth and rising sun where the person got out of the vehicle and left. Reporter police are searching for the vehicles owner to help determine who was driving it last night.
