The injury bug caught up to the Buffalo Bills’ wide receiver room by the AFC Championship game.
Cole Beasley, the Bills’ All-Pro slot receiver, played throughout the postseason with a broken fibula. He suffered the injury in the Bills’ Week 16 blowout win over the New England Patriots and missed the regular season finale to give himself a chance to play in the postseason. Playing on one good leg, Beasley hauled in all seven of his targets in Buffalo’s 27-24 win over the Indianapolis Colts and seven of nine targets in the championship game loss to Kansas City for 88 yards.
