Tripura State Employees Union Kailashahar subdivision committee secretary Bikash Malakar, joint secretary Parthasarathi Dutta, Indian trade union executive member Ananta Shabd Kar, ITI unit secretary Sameer Das, DIC state committee member Bablu Dey and others were present on the occasion.
