Wadgaon Sheri and Wagholi as the prime accused belongs to a reputed family in Wagholi.
The arrested accused has been identified as Sagar Mohan Satav (28).
He owns a dairy business. The incident took place on December 21 around 8 pm when the woman was returning home by herself. She is a daughter of a cop attached with Pune police and resides in Wadgaon Sheri.
According to the woman, when she was walking towards her house, Satav stopped her at the Bikaner Sweet Home in Somnath Nagar, Wadgaon Sheri. He told her that he loves her and wanted to marry her.
