GUWAHATI: Amid shortage of Covid-19 vaccines in various parts of the country, Assam is expecting a consignment of at least four lakh doses before Rongali Bihu, even as vaccination campaigns began at workplaces in Assam on Sunday.
Health officials started visiting workplaces for the first time in Assam on Sunday.
The Airports Authority of India (AAI), in association with the National Health Mission (NHM), Assam, organised a Covid vaccination camp at the Guwahati airport for the 45+ age group. The camp was open for all eligible family members and employees of AAI, airlines, agencies, frontline staff and stakeholders associated with the LGBI Airport here.

Guwahati: The Kamrup (Metro) district administration of Assam on Tuesday released a notification that the examination of Recorders Certificate Class Course (RCCC) Training 2020-21 has been rescheduled for December 20, 2020. All the aspirants who had received the admit cards regarding the entrance examination for selection of RCCC Training 2020-21 as per the directive received from the office of the Director of Land Record and Survey s etc, Assam the exam has been rescheduled and will be held on December 20, 2020, stated in the notification.
