Image Source: IANS News Patna, April 13 : The Bihar Real Estate Regulatory Authority (BRERA) has taken strong action against three private developers for violating RERA norms, an official said on Tuesday. The action has been taken after more than one dozen home buyers filed written complaints with the BRERA. The official said that the real estate companies Green Vatika Homes Pvt Ltd, Arunendra Developers Pvt Ltd and Shiba Welcome Pvt Ltd violated RERA guidelines. Accordingly, action has been taken against them in the last one week.

Image Source: IANS News Patna, Feb 8 : Despite stringent laws in place and close monitoring by the concerned agencies, majority of the private developers in Patna have taken 80-95 per cent money from the homebuyers without completing the projects. S.C. Mishra, a retired RBI official, told IANS: We had booked a flat after the builder company promised to construct the apartment on time. It took 95 per cent of the flat s cost from us, but only 40-45 per cent of the construction work has been completed till now. The project was started in January 2018.
