The civil surgeon, Dr Vibha Kumari Singh, said she had taken the jab thrice as per rules and claimed that someone else managed to get vaccine shots using her PAN card details.
A senior official said that the vaccination of all students and teachers of private and government schools and their family members will be done in next three months.
The central government had earlier announced that the government hospitals will carry out the vaccination drive at no cost, whereas private hospitals can levy up to ₹250 per person per dose
