next get, a congressman from utah, a member of the oversight in government reform committee. congressman, we have seen fights come out, over, and money breeds strange bedfellows with the unions and chamber of commerce getting into bed together. how big a fight is this unilateral funding issue going to be in the new year? guest: well, look, 25 cents of every dollar spent in the country is spent by the federal government so there is a lot on the line and there will be people fighting, they will be resisting the idea to cut the size and scope of government and you see that with transportation funding where the house rules that we will be proposed and voting on next week, will actually reduce the amount of money that we allocate for this, and, now, you see the people saying, wait, wait, wait, we want to cut the debt but do not cut our piece of it. and they are throwing out rules and laws and court decisions, right, a lot of legal
