Global advertising, data and tech conglomerate Big Village Holding LLC and 10 affiliates opened a Chapter 11 in Delaware late Wednesday with nearly $100 million in secured debt and trade liabilities, aiming for a stalking horse sale of key assets and wind-down of the balance.
