Big Table Restaurants hired Donald Gale to serve as director of culinary for the Atlanta-based multiconcept operator. The company’s portfolio of concepts includes HOBNOB Neighborhood Tavern, Cattle Shed Wine & Steak Bar and Big Table Events & Catering.
Big Table Restaurants owner Sean Yeremyan announced that Jeff Sime has joined the team as director of operations. In his new role, Sime will oversee the day-to-day operations at all Big Table Restaurants HOBNOB Neighborhood Tavern (Brookhaven, Dunwoody, Atlantic Station, and Halcyon in Alpharetta), Cattle Shed Wine & Steak Bar in Alpharetta, 10th & Piedmont and Gilbert's (aka G's) in Midtown, and Big Table Events & Catering.
