We understand that a big rig has just been righted but still is blocking lanes. Just about 20 minutes ago, a large tow truck arrived to take that overturned big rick out of the lanes. The accident apparently started in the northbound lanes of interstate 880 in fremont between auto mall parkway and stevenson boulevard. This all started around 10 00 in the morning.
