Thats when police got several calls at around 10 45 people, of cell phone thisse cell phone theft and fights breaking out, during this popular nighttime event held in the weeks leading up to halloween. Officers made two arrests, for one theft by a juvenile and one for public intoxication. Most of the perpetrators scattered by the time officers arrived.
