A Carson City man faces several charges, including assault with a deadly weapon, following an incident early Saturday morning where he allegedly held a piece of glass to the neck of a victim. According to the arrest report, deputies were dispatched to a domestic dispute in progress at around 4 a.m. Saturday morning.
