patient. this is a really unfortunate situation. i just hope people aren t really taking it out on the airlines and the people working at the airport. they re just as frustrated as everyone else. neil: the difference with the southwest situation, that was limited to southwest. the thousands of flights. and that airline s own glitches. here when everything is down and waiting for news when planes will be flying again, it s almost like russian roulette. how do you play that as a flyer? you take a risk when you travel. this is like that. the southwest issue is a technology issue on their end. you had big brother parking at them when they screwed up. now it s big brother screwing up and everyone is getting on them. it s just one of those things. i feel this from the government
