Miami Beach Seniors 65+ to Receive COVID-19 Vaccinations Miami Beach has received a limited supply of COVID-19 vaccines for distribution by the Miami Beach Fire Department to give to seniors ages 65 and older as of February 22. The program will be offered on a first come, first qualifying basis by appointment only. To schedule an appointment for a COVID-19 vaccine, call 305-604-4255. State Set to Receive Over 400k Doses This Week Florida is set to receive over 400,000 doses, not including last week’s delivery from Moderna that was delayed because of the frigid winter weather.  Miami-Dade and Broward counties are getting about 18% of the delivery, which includes enough of a supply for two community pods one in each county. A decision on where those two pods will go in both counties is expected this week.
