On Tuesday, Mayor Jane Castor, Representative Kathy Castor and Port Tampa Bay CEO Paul Anderson will join U.S. Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg and U.S. Deputy Transportation Secretary Polly Trottenberg and other elected leaders at Port Tampa Bay to celebrate a $12.6 million grant from the President’s Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. The grant will help build a new berth at Port Redwing that will add capacity, increase efficiency, create hundreds of local jobs, and strengthen supply chains at one of the country’s busiest ports.
