vaccinated. president biden facing hurdles when it comes to key pieces of his agenda. jeff, what is at stake for the president tonight? reporter: that all certainly sets the table for the challenges facing the biden administration. we talked about that house committee investigating the insurrection on january 6th. perhaps all of this could have been foreseen. kevin mccarthy certainly appointed these members for reasons. speaker pelosi responded in kind. this was all fairly predictable. the reason it matters for the biden agenda is this, he really has a limited time period to get these agenda through. that infrastructure plan and jobs plan, there s going to be a test vote in the senate this afternoon. it is going to fail. republicans are saying they simply have not had enough time to find out how to pay for this
