GRAND ISLE Vermont State Police are investigating a theft reported at the residence of 32-year-old Gabriella Pacht, where a pride flag was stolen from her garden on April 2. Authorities were notified of the incident on April 3 at 4:09 p.m. The theft is said to have occurred between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
