Persons at the Biabou Learning Resource Center receive goodies from SVG Helping Hands Inc.
It was all smiles as boxes of mugs, t-shirts, lunch bags, cups, sweaters, flasks, tote bags, cups and other goodies rolled into various shelters.
Thanks to the San Diego, California-based non-profit organisation SVG Helping Hands Inc.
The items represented the organisation’s way of reaching out to those persons (evacuees) who were displaced as a result of the eruption of the La Soufrière volcano.
The donated items consisted of Ashford University memorabilia, which was one of the contributors to SVG Helping Hands Inc.
SVG Helping Hands Inc. has been engaged in the distribution of supplies to evacuation shelters here as it seeks to live up to its name in helping to bring cheer to persons in need.
