Nuclear scientist Dr Samar Mubarakmand, who was once considered the rival of Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan, the father of Pakistan’s nuclear weapons program, has said that the technology that Khan brought to Pakistan was not registered. He brought it as an individual. Dr Mubarakman appeared on SAMAA’s morning program Naya Din on Monday when he was asked to talk about the history of Pakistan s nuclear ambitions and Dr AQ Khan’s work.
