Four persons were seriously injured on Thursday after being involved in an accident along the Windsor Castle Public Road on the Essequibo Coast.They are Bhola Ramdiall, a 54-year-old mechanic of Hampton Court; Krishnan Persaud, a 33-year-old self-emp
