JEFFERSON CITY, MO – On Friday, October 14, Governor Mike Parson announced appointments to three county office vacancies as well as appointed members to the Health and Educational Facilities Authority of the State of Missouri and the Kansas City Board of Election Commissioners. Melissa Davis, of Charleston, was appointed as the Mississippi County Public Administrator. Ms. Davis has served as a social worker for Charleston Manor since 2014 and has served as the facility's Acting Administrator since 2021. She has nearly 18 years experience as a social worker in long term care facilities. Robert Dobsch, of Washington, was appointed to the Health and Educational Facilities Authority of the State of Missouri. Mr. Dobsch has been the President and Chief Executive Officer for the Bank of Franklin County since 1999.
