Addiction recovery ministry buys Greenwood Way property

KODAK — A faith-based addiction recovery group has purchased the one-time Lee Greenwood restaurant, according to county records. Life Changers Outreach bought the property at 154 Lee Greenwood Way from Ron and Betty Ogle for $2 million, according to property transfer records. Life Changers appears set to move its local recovery program to the property at Lee Greenwood Way. The organization’s website lists that address for a men’s center and women’s center. The main site offers this description of their program: “Our 12-month discipleship program is for men and women struggling with various types of bondages or life-controlling issues. “We offer a non-medical, non-psychiatric approach that focuses on achieving inner-healing for deep rooted issues that are often at the center of addiction. Life Changers Outreach helps men and women overcome lives of bondages and struggles through Biblical studies, Christian counseling and worship.”
