Former Ohio governors are speaking out against the proposal to make it more difficult to amend the Ohio constitution, telling the current GOP that voters should decide if abortion should be legal.
Bipartisan former Ohio governors say voters deserve a choice on legality of abortion, and they all oppose both an August election and the amendment voting change. Current Gov. DeWine responds that he didn't ask for the proposal and it isn't a priority for him.
