Macquarieâs bankers have kicked off a buyer search for trans-Tasman vitamins, supplements and manuka honey brand owner The Better Health Company with a six-point pitch to trade and private equity players.
The bankers said The Better Health Company, whose brands include vitamin label GO Healthy and Egmont Honey, would record $NZ137 million ($127 million) revenue and $NZ30 million ($28 million) EBITDA in the year to March 31.
Asian private equity firm CDH Investments is seeking a buyer for The Better Health Company, which owns GO Healthy vitamins and supplements. Â
