More than 15 businesses and restaurants in downtown Fayetteville will come together for something we can all agree on chocolate.
The Downtown Alliance is organizing the stroll, which will take place June 17 to 19. The stroll will be held each day from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., though some participants will stay open later.
The list of participants is still being finalized, but Betsy McElwee, social media and events coordinator for Downtown Alliance, said they have 15 shops, restaurants and other businesses signed up so far, with more expected in the coming week.
The Fayetteville History Museum is among those participating. As part of its Cocoa Loco History Hunt, the museum will host a scavenger hunt throughout the museum, centered around Fayetteville s history with chocolate. Or stop by Cooking4Fitness, 130 Bow St., where visitors can sample vegetable chocolate cake.
