In a bid to ensure a safe abode for wildlife in Jharkhand’s Palamau Tiger Reserve (PTR), railways and the state forest department will soon start a joint inspection.
The PTR is home to a variety of wild creatures, including elephants, leopards, grey wolves, gaurs, sloth bears, four-horned antelopes, otters, and pangolins.
Betla National Park will remain closed every Tuesday every week from now onwards.
The chief conservator of forest and field director of the tiger reserve Palamu Kumar Ashutosh has confirmed it saying this coming Tuesday March 28 this park will remain closed for tourists and it will continue
