The three trainers will demonstrate a workout suitable for each trimester of pregnancy to ensure the programs accommodates any stage of pregnancy and any fitness level. Apple is also introducing a new Older Adult Workout Program, led by 67-year-old Fitness+ trainer – and grandmother – Molly Fox. The workouts are designed to help older users stay active with a focus on strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and mobility. The Older Adult workouts are done with a light dumbbell or just bodyweight, and others show modifications with a chair or against the wall.
